The average is calculated (weighted average) for the number of values defined by "ValuesForAveraging". The more recent the value, the more it is weighted when calculating the average.
When the first measured value arrives, the queue is initialized with this value.
This mode can be used if single larger deviations between registration marks should be ignored and the newer values given greater relevance.
