This setting is added to the basic mode.

The function block continues performing its function when the function block is started and the axis controller is switched off. For example, this can be used to avoid searching for registration marks again after an emergency stop.

Information:

If a master axis is being used ("Master") and the axis is coupled to it (e.g. with MC_CamIn), movement of the master could cause incorrect measurements when the slave controller is off or the slave is not coupled to the master. It is therefore strongly recommended to stop the master while the slave is still coupled and to wait for the master to fully stop before turning off the slave controller.

It is not permitted to reference the master while the function block is active in this mode or if the slave axis is not coupled to the master.
