Using the "Shift" and "Distance" outputs

Shift

In order to be able to use the "Shift" output, the current position error must be provided on the "PositionError" input. To calculate the "PositionError" the function block MC_BR_RegMarkCapture001 calculates the expected position of the next registration mark based on the interval.

When using mode mcRELATIVE, "PositionError" can be compensated for with MC_BR_Offset.

Distance

In order to use the "Distance" output, a value must be specified on the "LengthError" input. To calculate the "LengthError", the function block MC_BR_RegMarkCapture001 calculates the expected position of the next registration mark based on the previously detected registration mark.

When using mode mcRELATIVE, "LengthError" can be compensated for with MC_BR_Offset.
